Dell Latitude E7280

Hi there,
I need bios dump for Dell Latitude E7280, i5-7300U, CAZ10, LA-E122P.
The original was not working (power up for one sec and off).
Found one file on "alisaler", flash it, power up ok, but on the bios show as E7380! also some coils are whining...thanks!

Had this dump in badly water damaged 7280, got 2nd donor board where only bios chip was faulty (not possible to write from ~25% of it), moved bios chip from water damaged to donor board, laptop works but 1st run takes 15-20 seconds before DELL logo appears, also when switching off it takes ~10 sec to power light to go off. Haven't noticed any other issues.
Please clear ME?
(uploaded both bios dumps, donor i was able to read it, but couldn't write it back to chip, also couldn't find windows key in it)

js8rtn2 is the one with water damage that i wanted to get up and running - donor board is in it now with unknown service tag.

OK, here is your water damaged working bios with the ME region from the damaged chip, if your both bios readings are OK should work fine like that.
