Use the bios at post #21 .If you can use a hex editor there`s a picture with the offsets so that you can add the DMI from your backup to the new bios.
If you can`t use a hex edtitor there`s another way. Follow this (Easy) Guide

First, I want to thank anyone who has taken the time to look at my post.
I have a Lenovo ideaPad 3 17IIL05. Board ID: GS454/GS554/GV450/GV550/HS750 Rev 1.0 NM-D031. Intel i5 (10th gen) with 4GB onboard SK Hynix modules.- I've found memtest86 v11.5 is showing the onboard RAM is failing.
- I've attempted to use the following schematic to disable the onboard RAM: nm-d031
- I moved resistors RC826 to RC839, RC827 to RC840, and RC828 to RC841.

Hello everyone.
I have an IdeaPad 3-15IIL05 in for repair. The motherboard model is NM-D031. I replaced the board with another NM-D031 unit, but the numeric keypad matrix is completely non-functional (NUM pad keys and NUM lock LED both dead).
Although both motherboards share the same PCB code, the replacement board identifies itself in BIOS as IdeaPad 3-14IIL05, which suggests a different BOM configuration.
During a board-level inspection, I found that the replacement board is missing the following components:

first issue short in main power rail fixed by replacing a mosfet
new issue
unit turns on after 5 seconds it turns off (when battery is plugged)
unit turns on then off immediately(when batt is unplugged and using charger only)
main power rails are present 20v , 3.3v is present 5v is present 1.8v is present when unit is turned on 1.8v shows then disappear when unit shuts itself down
also i noticed that cpu is getting hot then turns off
