Page 3 of schematic has power sequence block diagram. Why not follow it? Does it makes sense to measure PM_SLP_S3 when PCH_PWROK is not correct?

Measure resistance on all coils on ohms mode.

          PL1601 -605ohms
          remove PJ406 - pin 1 -has 2megaohms pin 2 has 6kohms
if PJ406 is connected together it has 602ohms without the PL1601 remove.

Re-measure resistance to GND on PJ406,pin2(jumper being open). I strongly doubt your measurement here.

Re: Lenovo IDEAPAD 3 14IIIL05 no display keeps restarting

This reading is with PJ406 open or closed? If open, the reading is on which pad?

If the reading is 0.662K on pin2 while jumper is open, then you have some short on consumer side. The resistance should be atleast few kilo ohms.

Re: Lenovo IDEAPAD 3 14IIIL05 no display keeps restarting

You always reply partially adding to the confusion. No mention of whether 5V is present with jumper in place or open.

To me, resistance og PJ406(jumper closed) should be few kilo ohms and usually 5V line has resistance of 10K or higher-so i've my doubt.

                  Wait for others comment.

Resistance to GND of +1.8VALW sounds low also, maybe a bad pchh?
