It kind of worked, laptop entered in factory programming mode, let me put service tag, no SVP. After restart I did a factory reset and now it doesn't start at all. I will try again to rewrite bios and see what went wrong. Many thanks. do you have any ideas?

In the first boot, you have to go into bios setting for disable computrace option.
