Re: Dell venue 11 pro 7140 bios
SMDFlea file is a virgin dump merged with A20 (latest) bios from Dell and clean ME firmware so you can't find any better dumb for flashing, and removing Computrace is more trickier than removing password in some cases.

Re: Dell venue 11 pro 7140 bios
Hello good people. Can you please help me, so I have a Dell venue 11 pro 7140 tablet and I mistakenly installed touch panel driver from the 7139 version on it and it restarted then after the restart it stuck on dell logo and never booted neither to windows nor to bios nor boot menu not even to diagnostics. Any help on how to solve this will be much appreciatedComment

Re: Dell venue 11 pro 7140 bios
Where do you see me saying that the attached dump in my post is version A20?
Read the post again:

by zeniusHello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,...-

by jhanraHi there masters, recently i got a dell 5400 chromebook and wanted to install windows, i searched the internet and i found out other people also wanting a UEFI bios for this model, i searched there is a R/W legacy, but there are bugs like keyboard/trackpad not working, and hard to install.
so i decided to try to port one, this bios is based on dell 5400 windows version, i am testing this bios for a week now an found only a little to no bug at all in windows 10, or only a minor issue
in windows 11 sound driver compatibility, but overall its ok, for me i can deal with it, 😅😅😅...-

by mrrubikHi folks,
I got a Dell Optiplex 7010 micro PC (Exact Model) with 8FC8 BIOS and locked out admin password. I attempted to remove the password by patching the BIOS via info from this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ssword-patcher
After flashing the patched the BIOS, the PC is unresponsive with a solid AMBER power LED (not documented in manual anywhere)
Steps I took:- Read BIOS with CH341a, verified hash twice
