Try it with this alternative software. Make 2 backups and check if both dumps are the same,that way you know if you got a good read, use a hex editors File compare option, or some other method.If you`re using a sop8 clip then attach the charger to the board before making a backup.
You can run the exe and make a USB recovery key (try it first) ,or copy and save the bios. The update is for more than one laptop model and it has 5 different ones. To know which one to use you should check your bios backup for the right BID bios ID / number .If the USB recovery key doesn`t work then post your bios backup. Your DMI info (serial number,feature byte,windows key) can be copied from your bios backup to the new bios easily using a hex editor.

USB recovery key not success. now problem is chip damage while I am trying.
before it can read and after save read copy, nothing in saved file.
