With 8fc8 suffix , you need post your original locked bios file here.

Havn`t you tried unlocking it yourself.Whats the password suffix

Upload the dump from the UC5 chip only. What's the marking of the chip. I can't read the markings - photo is unclear.

Read it two or three times (so I can compare the content to make sure there is a verified dump available to work with), and upload them here.

As I guessed - all three have differences between them, what kind of programmer do you use? Ch341a?

Yes, but you have to try to make a correct dump first.

I use CH341A Black edition. I know, not the best one . That't only I have.

That explains everything. What software (name and version) do you use with it?
Also what is the adapter for connection to the chip?

I use NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10 and adapter on the picture.

Ok, try AsProgrammer_2.0.0a14, or Colibri.
Make three more dumps with each one.

Looks like it's time for new programmer. I think I go for TL866II as veryfication failed on both apps.
