Can someone help me to unlock this BIOS (8FC8) for latitude 5510 FDW50 LA-J381P, please
locked by administrator and lock system !
It's an 8mb + 16mb chip version, here attach the 2 files !

The files are not identical!
Do what Farouk_1994 told you.
Program 8Mb chip only, leave the other as is, and you're good to go.
Edit: Before programing the chip don't forget to erase it first.
At first boot press F2, write Service Tag at the corresponding field, disable Absolute, save and restart. After the second boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.
