    Dell XPS 11 9P33

    Hi

Bios has an Admin password, any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

P.S Some direction on how to read them in an Hex editor would be helpful, then maybe I help other folk like myself.

      Fantastic, thanks, worked without issue.

How do I find that string of letters within the bios file?
What tools do i need (software).
      Any help would be appreciated.

      Thanks again.

The password is stored in "AMITSESetup" UEFI variable, XORed, so you have to extract those bytes from variable and XOR them against the XOR-key. There's a GitHub post related to Panasonic ToughBook laptop which uses the same XOR-key.
