Lenovo Thinkpad W541 Shutdowns after bios flash (removing BAP)

Hi. I have a Thinkpad W541 that i was trying to remove the Bios Supervisor Password using this guide. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=87588 LENOVO BIOS AUTO-PATCHER for Supervisor Password Removal

I have the old bios backup but when i restored the original bios the laptop shutdowns after a few seconds and can´t load Windows.

    - Using a CH134a + SOIC 8 Clip + Colibri 1.0.1.61 i backed up the original bios 3 times and verified all of them were the same.

    - Used the Lenovo Bios Auto Patcher applied the patched file to the chip and verified that writed ok.

    - Assembled the laptop and booted it up, after a few tries the patch applied, disasembly and restored original bios file, restored bios to defaults (no password now) but computer shutdowns and can´t load windows OS.

Maybe my initial backup was corrupt (i verified it 3 times) but now i need help to recover it.

I extracted the same bios 2.33 from the lenovo website but when i trim it i end with a file larger than 4mb so i need your help and instructions how to procced and merge the bios extracted with my backup or a working one to recover my bios.

    I have

    TW541_1_BACKUP.BIN (my original backup)
LENOVO_W541_4MB_MICRON_25Q03213_PATCHED.BIN (file i found in this forum)
$01E2000.FL1 (bios extracted from Lenovo Update Bios 2.33 same version as my old bios)

    Thanks every one.
