Finally I got it working using the code generated by bios-pw
Problem was I am using an azerty keyboard and for some reason I have to enter the code like it's a qwerty keyboard...

When I enter the system number in either https://bios-pw.org/ or https://beta.bios-pw.org/ the I don't get "Dell from serial number", just "Dell HDD Serial Number (old)".
Can you please help me with this?

Your machine is equipped with french AZERTY keyboard.
The password must be typed with US layout keyboard, try with the external USB keyboard with US layout. After entering the password confirm with Ctrl + Enter Enter.
