Hi!
The uploaded file worked like a charm. Wrote it via a RT809h. The notebook did not wanted to boot to any kind of windows system (neiter uefi or mbr). The linux live cd was booting properly but anything remotely windows-ish was freezing the notebook. After flashing the bios chip the notebook instanly started to boot from the windows installer via UEFI. Just wanted to share my experience with you. Thank you again for the help. The exact model of the machine was Acer A315-21G-66DW

Hi all,
This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.
I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Hi all! Tldr: need a bios dump (.bin format) for K6604J (rtx 4070 and i9-13980hx)
Longer story: my vivobook stopped booting after i switched out the thermal paste. I think the BIOS got corrupted. Everything i tried didn’t work until finally i decided to buy a CH341A BIOS programmer and just send over the BIOS directly from another PC onto the BIOS chip. I connected fine and backed up the existing BIOS, but i can’t find a clean BIOS that’s a .bin format. And I tried using UEFI software to extract all the files from the ASUS BIOS .exe file and get to the .bin but it was a .302...
