Issue with trying to dump my Surface Go BIOS with fpt

Issue with trying to dump my Surface Go BIOS with fpt.

    WS: Surface Go
    OS: Windows 10 Home 64x
    Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 4415Y @ 1.60GHz
    BIOS Version/Date: MS Corp 1.0.28, 6/17/2020
    FPT Version: 9.5.0.1428

What happen when you run the FPT command?
I'm getting the error as follow:

DOS - The program or feature [path] cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit version of windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

Windows64 - Error 201: [FPTw64.exe] cannot run on the current plaform. Please contact your vendor.

    What else have you tried?
Boot to System Recovery and select to troubleshoot then select Command Prompt. Test running fpt and am getting the same error.

Request HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 (J06) BIOS dump to restore system firmware
        by Ahari
        Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

        I...

Surface Pro X 1876 Bios corrupted
        by FalconPunch
Hello everyone, I happen to have a Microsoft Surface Pro X 1876 in my hands. It was brought to me by a friends which happen to have taken off the bios chip to test another motherboard. Upon putting back the bios chip on the original motherboard, The PC is stucked on Windows logo and won t boot to bios or anything. I suspect that the changes of bios chip somehow corrupted the firmware inside. Is the hypothesis correct?

Also i extracted the bios inside the chip which was on Winbond 25R128JWPQ you can find the file attached if you can fix it (if possible, I would like some insight on...

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
        by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

        Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

        Troubleshooting Attempts:

Samsung Series 9 - BIOS issue
        by Kjell
After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).

Things i've tried so far; reinstalled Windows 10, checked for redundant boot entries, tried to factory reset using the emergency keyhole, attempted to clear the NVRAM by physically...
