Yes, the bios does not detect these devices, CMOS reset by disconnecting the CMOS battery?

Good morning all.
My Aspire E5-511G-P7DN is broken.
I replaced the A5WAM LA-B981P motherboard (no sign of starting) but still without success.
With this new card powered by the mains, the charge led is ok, the on / off led is ok,
and the fan is working.
I suspect a video problem.
My question:
Can I test the start of the bios boot from the motherboard alone (dismantled) in minimum configuration:
- mains power supply.
- no keyboard.
- fan connected.
- DDR3-1333 1GB or 2GB RAM in slot 1.
-external screen on DB15 external video.

So here I found the right one for me, it works !!! WLAN, LAN, DIS VGA !!!
