The RCUnlocker instructions are very clear . Usage: Drag and drop .bin file to .exe file.

Just drag your bios backup over the RCUnlocker exe . Easy.

Boss this is what it saying each time i drag the file to the exe..
the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found.. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem..
So boss what could be the issue?
And i still have one that i need to unlock
