I bought a Surface Pro 3, but the administrator password is set and I can't charge the battery to 100%.
Can someone help me reset the password?

You MUST:

This topic is for the Surface Pro 3 !!! .You would need an SPI programmer to make a backup of the bios chip contents. When you have made a backup post it in a surface GO 2 topic along with the laptop serial number and someone will help remove the password.
