These are the only 2 bios chips i can see, I presume the one I just posted is for the USB|C
is this 25Q64 back of board?

no, the 64 flat bios chip is right next to the 128 bios chip

Still the case for the Dell 5410 J371P, for VIN feet VCC core, what I saw in the schematic is 17.8 V. but only 8.59v comes out. is that normal.
all vcc core, vccgt, and vcc sa voltages. voltage 0 volts. no voltage. The condition of the laptop is that you plug in the charger and the keyboard LED turns on immediately.
