It turns out my flash tool is not supported; initially, I used CH341A to back up and write, but the backup file ended up corrupted. After I used the RT809F flash tool, it finally worked. 100%.

This PC's BIOS is locked. I can't set the BIOS because the settings are still locked and I can't click them. I've tried using pthcer 8fc8, but it doesn't work. Please help me, thank you.
