sorry for the delay in replying sir, my suffix is 6FF1 , and I have tried in the bios-pw entering the service tag it only produces a crack hdd serial number , thank you

Are you sure typed correct your sevice tag number ?

Your sevice tag number's : J3C3QH2
If suffix 6FF1 not work, change it by BF97

You didn't mention your Device Model or Service Tag, I don't know if this is the right place for your device or not.
