It seems there is a copy of the password stored in the ec. If it is possible for you please try both files, and do not modify the ec before! If possible give a feedback what happens after powering on. It try to find a way to unlock only via 32mb dump modification...

It show`s admin password or user password? Can you enter bios and reset security settings?

In order to do extract KBC must use svod right? there is another ways to obtain such bin?

Please take a look at the board. There should be 16MB and 32MB chip. Why do you need svod to read them?

Please take a look at the board. There should be 16MB and 32MB chip. Why do you need svod to read them?

Thought that because i have a lenovo whose PWD is stored in KBC

but in this one both chips are readable with Tl866ii plus

whenever possible have a look at my bins to see if its possible to unlock it
