Panasonic CF-20 Bios Password

Need help... BIOS is not locked, system starts and perfectly works from USB but device hangs during POST if any SSD presents in its M.2 slot inside the case instead of connecting via USB3 and USB-M2 adapter as I have to work for now.

This issue has appeared after macOS update (yes, a third system on it is Hackintosh).

First time I've got this problem after same action - the seller simply changed a whole device by warranty. I've thought it was a hardware problem with SATA controller. So now I think that system updater rewrote some UEFI areas - CMOS battery removing didn't help. BIOS update program fails with unknown error (code 999 IIRC).

Model CF-20G5-05VM as printed on label (or CF-20G5108VM / CF-VEK206LM as shown in BIOS setup)
Serial 9FKKC22343 as printed (2nd serial in BIOS setup after slash is 9FKKC22328)

I did. Screen pgoto just demonstrated firmware update error after soldering BIOS back.Main promlem did not solved and I can use internal SATA only with another BIOS dump from this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...41#post3298641 . Anyway I still have to inject an ME region manually.

Thank you very much for the help, it is functional - I have another question: I have 2 more cf-20s that no longer display anything on the display, not even through hdmi, they boot . I think it is a problem with the intel ME driver, can something be done with them to solve the problem. Thank you once again.

Unfortunately, the bios of a Panasonic CF-20 Toughbook has failed, I have an image of another model, and changing the physical chip, it works, but on Intel it shows 0.0.0.0 and I can't update that file, I also haven't been able to change the serial and series number (to be like the one with the defective chip) the boot time is very high, over 40 seconds. post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..(original bios + delayed bios)...
