your bios uploaded is for Latitude 7290 not 7280. your serial is for 7280 but not for bios you provided. It has no serial, so clarify the problem: your laptop is 7280 or 7290?
LE: now I get it, your original post was: la-f311p rev 3.0 need bios dump which is motherboard for 7290 and you provided a serial for 7280, wasting my time trying to fix a bios for 7280. Please helpme original bios file. I tried to update 1 bios attached on this post but it reported error: TPM not detected. and then i checked and found the Service Tag does not match.

After I updated the BIOS rom on dell.com, my laptop crashed (no LED or power signal when I turned on the power button). I suspected that there was an error during the update process, so I tried downloading some E7280 BIOS roms on the internet and updated them via the CH341A reader/writer. Now the machine can boot but shows the error: "TPM device is not detected."
I hope you can help me fix this problem. If possible please help me with the latest BIOS rom.

So, i kinda spend significant ammount of the last couple of days trying to flash a new bios, and or unlocking the current bios password with little to no results.
The whole thing started with it being the 8fc8 bios, i found the tools to unlock that but i needed a bios dump. So i pursued that, im at a point where i dessoudered the chip, and succesfully soudered it to the ch341, dumped whatever was on it.
However, the tools supposed to unlock the 8fc8 say that there is no 8fc8 hex inside. And when i followed diffrent tutorials to just flash a new bios onto the chip i got stuck on the... -

I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:
I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.
I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would... -
