your bios uploaded is for Latitude 7290 not 7280. your serial is for 7280 but not for bios you provided. It has no serial, so clarify the problem: your laptop is 7280 or 7290?

LE: now I get it, your original post was: la-f311p rev 3.0 need bios dump which is motherboard for 7290 and you provided a serial for 7280, wasting my time trying to fix a bios for 7280. Thank you!

Can anyone kindly help me fix this BIOS. I tried one from smd flea at post 9. It turn on and restarted a few times. Then later didn't turn on again. My back bin is below

Vẫn bị báo lỗi như vậy bro ơi. Có cách nào khác không mình tải upgrade bios trên trang chủ lúc up bị lỗi máy tắt.
ROM gốc mình quên ko lưu.
Tình trạng máy lúc đầu thì bàn phím nhận chậm, pin cắm ko báo sạc pin

After I updated the BIOS rom on dell.com, my laptop crashed (no LED or power signal when I turned on the power button). I suspected that there was an error during the update process, so I tried downloading some E7280 BIOS roms on the internet and updated them via the CH341A reader/writer. Now the machine can boot but shows the error: "TPM device is not detected."
I hope you can help me fix this problem. If possible please help me with the latest BIOS rom.

Thanks bro, wonderful my laptop is working. but the laptop still can't charge the battery. And the keyboard on the laptop is still slow. While I use a USB keyboard plugged in, it's fast.

Maybe it's a driver issue , try first to download drivers from official dell page using your service tag
