I have a ZBook with a locked BIOS.

I have tried dragging the BIOS dump to RCunlocker and got an errorVCRuntime140.dll, tried using HPUnlock tool
But still no joy...

Post the full laptop model number and the serial number

It's a HP ZBOOK 15 G2.

Unfortunately the serial number has worn off of the back panel.

Flashed and verified the download.
Unfortunately the laptop wouldn't boot, Only the power light flashing amber/white a few times.
Flashed the original BIOS dump and now back where I started
