Both those bios posted are BID0836B (KABYLAKE H) ,the bios update has 4 different ones. Check your cpu ID by the part number on the CPU,or check the laptop models spec page,get the bios from: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=81556Last edited by SMDFlea; 12-26-2019, 01:38 PM.Comment

Hi did you solve this problem i have 2 machine the same problem i checked cpu model and used correct bid bios dump nothing changed..
Also i tried all suitable ME file but still delay 45 seconds.

You wrote a BIOS dump from another laptop with an initialized ME region, that's why you get issues, do you have the original (corrupted) BIOS?
If not, fix the serial, product number, with HP BCU

Hi all,
My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

Hi all.
I'm looking for a BIOS file for an Asus N550JK.
I have a Asus R552J, which I believe is identical to the Asus N550JK.
I downloaded the latest BIOS (210) for the R552.
It is named N550JKAS.210.
The BIOS file is however only 6mb in size.
I've read the chip with a CH341A programmer and verified the file.
That file is actually 8mb in size.
I'm wanting to remove the BIOS password from this unit.
It prompts you to input the password when turned on, so its sort of behaving like a power on password rather than... -

I am trying to recover an ECS Z77-H2 motherboard, I dumped the original bios with a ch341a programmer, the bios from the manufacturer is a .cap file of smaller size, and it seems that I need to merge this file with other information from the dump, anyone can explain how to do that? -

My bios got corrupted and wont boot, so i need to flash it using Ch341A programmer, but bios file from the official website is to large, so i need bios dump file from working motherboard, or anyone know how to cut the bios size to fit bios chip
