After installing this bios, the error "TPM device is not detected" disappeared, but the fan speed is always maximum and there is no sound. Can you suggest anything else, thanks.

Here's your new file, try and give me the results.
Your device is Vostro 3500 not 3400 according to your service tag.
Next chose the write thread or make your own.
Service Tag: 69512D3

us this it works 100% flash both MAIN and EC according to your model 32 or 33. put service tag in first boot and done.
This is suitable in two models Dell Vostro 3400 and Inspiron 3501 only.
Idk if this works in VOSTRO 3500 just try if u want.
