I just tested and the behavior didn't change.
Maybe need to change the 16MB file too.

I extracted official update, but I don't know what software I need to mix backup and update.
With HxD, I couldn't find 16MB end file on any update.
There are other useful strings to search?
How can I find update portions to replace, any tutorial available?

Go to dell support, enter the service tag. Download the bios update

Extract the update with PFS extractor

There will be 1 or more 16MB bios regions named xxxSystem BIOS with BiosGuardxxxxxx .Flash the right one to the 16MB bios chip. If that doesn`t fix your problem clean the ME firmware.
