Vostro 3400 LA-K032P 1.0 this pc has a hardware it was repaired but no display after tested it was a bios problem i think so i need this bios to be repaired to work properly .Comment

still no display, but with vostro 3500 file bios it can turn on but the fan spins fast and manufacture mode appears and can't be removed. I tried FN+F and it disappeared and the normal fan after restart will reappear. can the dell vostro3500 bios be removed the manufacture mode?
