Hi guys, i have a problem , my bios resets disabled overclocking lock setting to enable after reboot, please tell me which function can be responsible for restoring the stock config for this option, loading parameters from nvram and so on, like bios ,protection, from asus. My bios made me angry) Set default parameter to disable in amibcp 5 , doesn't help(
1. I made overclocking lock disabled the default in amibcp

Hi Gurus, I am wondering if someone might be able to help. I purchased recently this used computer that otherwise looks in mint condition. I worked for 1 week, until one morning I shut down the computer using the power off commands in windows. There was no warranty. This was purchased for my teenager for use at school.

Hi. Sorry because my bad english. I bought a receiver (vsx-920). If i plug the unit in the ac outlet, i hear that a relay clicks, hdmi led blinks, after relay click again. Then i power up the unit. Unit is powering on. But if i press any button or rotate input selector or volume on the screen write PANEL LOCK. I able to use the main on/off and the zone on/off. Anything else is PANEL LOCK. I have remote, but no reaction from unit if i press any button on remote. Yet i searched internet and found a software or via telnet i am able to disable the key lock and the remote lock. But to use software... -

i have a problem with the Lenovo LEGION Y530-15ICH (NM-B701) laptop, it turns on with no display, i do have a caps lock and number lock LED, they are working fine, of which i believe the machine is booting fine...but still nothing on the screen, i loaded a new dump file, virgin one from the webiste, still doing the same thing, when i connect the external display still i get no display but Caps lock and number locking are working, checked all the neccesary voltages i have them,maybe im missing something please assist, cam it be the GPU maybe. im now lost please assist... -
Hey guys, bit stumped with this laptop after replacing 2 blown components i.e., MP86493, MP2979A.
To begin with, this laptop was dead-dead.
Now with replaced (visibly) blown components, i do get some progress; after connecting battery or main cable;- am getting white power led
- 5-long-flashes on CAPS Lock and NUM lock
- then, fan full speed
- CPU heats up some (smaller die PCH, does not)
- always constant black screen no matter what's tried
- no USB recognition
- no HDMI output
