Thank you everyone! I found the fixed ip address what is was in the receiver and after with windows app i sucessfully unlocked the remote lock and the panel lock. Now unit works fine.

Hi. Sorry because my bad english. I bought a receiver (vsx-920). If i plug the unit in the ac outlet, i hear that a relay clicks, hdmi led blinks, after relay click again. Then i power up the unit. Unit is powering on. But if i press any button or rotate input selector or volume on the screen write PANEL LOCK. I able to use the main on/off and the zone on/off. Anything else is PANEL LOCK. I have remote, but no reaction from unit if i press any button on remote. Yet i searched internet and found a software or via telnet i am able to disable the key lock and the remote lock. But to use software...

I have a receiver Yamaha RX-V773. I have every voltage on board, but not able to power on. No stanby led, no voltage on PRY. If i want to enter in diagnostic mode, just write the model number on front display. If i press pure direct to enter in usb update mode than have this on front display(see the picture)
I don't know what i do. The mcu is faulty?

First, sorry because my bad english.
I ordered a new chip for my tx-nr609. Chip is 830K013DZKB4. I don't have question marks at dsp version. I am able to connect with remote app. I am updated the firmware from usb without problem. The network and usb working. But, if i want to play music from usb or from internet the sound is cutting out. From analog tuner i got sound without problem. Already flashed the nand. What is the problem here? If the chip fake, than i don't have a dsp version and no sound. Thanks!

My Onkyo tx-nr509 is working good. I am using network radio, analog input, digital input. All working ok. But if i want to listen fm or am radio i have no sound, just silence. On display i have tuned and have radio text, all thing is ok. Just no sound? I have another unit with wrong hdmi board. I put the good board in another unit and have same thing. No sound if i want to listen fm or am. I thing that i have problem with hdmi board, because i have problem with both receiver with same hdmi board. I have the service manual, but if i see good, the tuner section is on the main board. Thanks...
