Hello, i own a Lenovo X380 Yoga and the bios is locked with a supervisor password, i extracted the bios dump with RT809 programmer, is there someone who can help me to unlock it ? Thank you very much

Thanks Peste but not working.After press F1 enter 1,2,3,4 and wait 30 seconds then press enter ask for the password again.In the first screen before asking for the password appears text ,Bad CRC security setting in EFI variable,

*Remove all batteries (main battery and RTC battery).

*Hold down the small switch on motherboard
*Connect charger (laptop should start automatically)
*Wait. It might even take minutes and laptop will beep/restart a few times.

Thank you for this info, I was having issues unlocking my laptop.
But I forgot to do what you posted here, so thank you again for this info.

I learned how to inject the dxe driver to the file thanks to mohamedxp.
He was the one who really shared all the valuable info on how to do it.
So big credit and big thanks to him.

I also wanted to share that while trying to unlock the laptop without unpluging the batteries, on every attempt I was presented with enter password: 1234 followed by the HW ID. but after trying with these batteries unpluged everything worked at once. I tried so many times and was not working. then I started from zero again and uploaded the pached file, this time it did not even asked me for HW ID, nor the 1234 password.

I really need help.
there were 2 LENOVO X380 laptops with a password. 1 managed to be unlocked via a patch. the second, when turned on, squeaked and turned off. now it does not turn on even with the old firmware. what could it be ?
