You should use an external (US) Keyboard (QWERTY), use shift key for Uppercase letters, and hold left CTRL key then hit ENTER key twice.

Hello dear friends, it is not possible in this public forum for anyone to generate a master password for you, everyone who can does so demands money for it.
The help is free here.
It will only work if you upload your original 32MB or 8MB BIOS here and ask someone to change 4 bytes in your BIOS for you so that it starts in manufacturing mode.
You then have to re-enter the service day.

Note: There is no publicly available 8FC8 generator available at the moment.
