I confirm that this method not work on new models. I Have tried on my laptop ux430ua and "alt+r" not work. Anyone knows other shortkeys for the latest asus laptops?Comment

On some models the password box doesn`t show ,in such a case updating the bios can bring it back .Comment

Make a bios backup using either some bios backup software or a programmer. Then I can try to tell you what is the password.Comment

If you have Windows on it or can boot from usb, try some software to read bios region only. Not sure about this particular asus but usually it is possible to read or decrypt passwords on asus.Comment

i need some help :-/
i deleted in Bios the Admisnistrator password with old password, but after it didn't allow me to modify the User password. Now i can't boot, enter the bios or do anything. It asking at boot for password, old password don't work...
Could you please remove all password related stuff from this bios. A hate Asus....
