You need to remove the pass by date code.Remove CMOS battery to reset the clock.Press alt+r at the ENTER PASSWORD screen to get date code .

I confirm that this method not work on new models. I Have tried on my laptop ux430ua and "alt+r" not work. Anyone knows other shortkeys for the latest asus laptops?

On some models the password box doesn`t show ,in such a case updating the bios can bring it back .

Anybody have some update about not working ALT+R keys combination with new asus laptops ? I have UX433F and ALT+R do nothing .., Thanks

Make a bios backup using either some bios backup software or a programmer. Then I can try to tell you what is the password.

If you have Windows on it or can boot from usb, try some software to read bios region only. Not sure about this particular asus but usually it is possible to read or decrypt passwords on asus.

Sorry, but looks like with this model you still need to desolder, delete password, program and resolder. I am unable to decrypt this one.

Thank you for your work, this dump is from desoldered flash and read via programmer. I think Asus have new one encryption method..
