Do you have an SPI programmer, can you make a backup of the bios chip contents or not

took my device to a repair shop who flashed it without keeping the original flash and was unable to fix it. I bought my own programmer and downloaded the flash from a website. When I tried it, the device started working without lighting. After a period of time, it restarted automatically. I don't have much information or experience, but according to what I know, the flash is not compatible with the device, so I need help finding a special flash for it. If you can help me

I'm trying to repair a Dell Latitude E7470.

Motherboard: AAZ60 LA-C461P Rev 1.0
BIOS Chip: 25B128CS10 (16MB)

The laptop turns on (fan spins, power LED on) but there is no display. I have tried several BIOS dumps from the internet but none worked. I believe I need a clean ME BIOS.

I am attaching my original BIOS dump (backup).
