dell latitude e7470

Hi all,
I really in need for BIOS bin file for Dell latitude E7470 (board # LA-C461P). I tried to extract the bios exe from dell site using "phoenix tool 256" but the resulted hdr file didn't work. System is powering up and power led remain on for 30 seconds then system is going off again.

I already tried that version and I was prepared for unlocking it, but the BIOS didn't work. The system is powering up, power button LED lights and system keeps running without display for 1 minute then turn off. I also purchased a BIOS bin files from other sites and they didn't work. (see attached one of the BIOS bin files that I purchased, just in case someone needed this in the future )

It Looks like the enabled computrace on the system is making the system not accepting any BIOS image even when programming the BIOS chip using a BIOS flashing device ??? Is there such a thing like this ? Locking the system from another chip ? If replacing the whole BIOS chip will it solve this issue?

no my friend you are wrong the bios you've uploaded is working fine
because i tried it on my laptop
and working 100% great
but you should wait for laptop to restart 3 times before booting up every restart take about 1 minute
have a great time

it works for me but it showing a error msg for service tag which i dont have on the back of laptop so is there any way to put that

theres 2 windbond chips 1 onboard 2 on small, board just write the file on the onboard windbond right?

Main problem with this unit is i can't change the setting on LEGACY/UEFI boot option. and it won't boot on M2 with pre-installed OS with LEGACY nor UEFI boot setup on it. i tried already some posted bios but still the same... or maybe someone could share an EC file for this unit...

Unfortunately I couldn't find the EC file for you, in the unzipped file there is a file named "1 -- 2 Embedded Controller vA.16" but the size is 256KB.
