any help please ? also can the new file has cleaned ME as i don't want to un solder the chip again to reprogram it , it is already un soldered now and waiting for the dump file to reprogram the bios chip then solder it backComment

i tried it , still no power , there's light when you plug the charger but when you press power button nothing happen , no fan sniping or anything but the cpu and gpu getting hot when you press the power button , does this model have EC bios ? maybe the problem there , voltage present on the bios chip , not sure what else to check ?Comment

Hi,
My daughter has accidentally managed to kill her Acer gaming desktop it has a blank screen after updating and when you press the power button the fans spin, light comes on and it makes 1 long and 1 short beep and no attempt to boot.
All basic troubleshooting has been done we replaced CPU, GPU and RAM from a working machine and no joy, I also noticed a post on here with the same issue and it was the BIOS. I am pretty sure also because it was doing a BIOS update that stopped it working, she knocked the keyboard out by accident during the update and the screen just went... -
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.
Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Hello, good luck. As a result of uploading a file to my Acer laptop, the laptop won't start at all. When I try the bios files of different motherboards, the computer does not turn on and the screen does not show. I am adding my own original bios file.
