    Good news, I got it!!
So with the bios I tried before (f.69 it didn't work) so I used an older one and searched for the SN in the old dump file. And with found, I copied length 1000 and could flash it. First boot up was really long, I already thought it's not working, but as the caps lock blink was away and I heard the Dvd-tray surring, I knew it is Alive again..
Serial number, model number everything is there in the bios!

    Thanks for your help hoaca388!

        Hello,
i have a laptop with bios update failed. Black screen after failed bios update. Any solution? I'm not quite clear about the needed procedures and identifying the correct bios file.
Does anybody have a replacement file? (CH341A programmer available)

Thanks for the help and the 08328 file. I have the machine back working, everything is right. Serial number, Windows key, all ok.

Modified the file with the needed readout parts from the corrupt bios file, and I managed to lock the manufacture mode. Learned some lessons.
I stumbled about something really stupid. I tried my new programmer to connect, erase, flash, verify and all the usual things with a new 25Q64 chip. To check the needed procedures. Then I flashed the soldered chip in the laptop. At first, I didn't verify. This was the fail. The chip has to be blanked to FFs before writing. I don't know why, I assumed this would not be necessary any more at chips of this generation, but it seems that it's still to handle like an old eeprom.

The bios download from HP has 6 different bios`es, different ones for models in the range. Some of them are the full 8MB bios for a single chip ,some are only bios updates or only half the bios for a dual chip bios. Without you having a backup theres no way to tell which bios you need, so just try all the full bios one by one .If you get one working then you will need to fill in the DMI info.

                084D4 - 8MB Update,not full bios.Could be 2 X Bios Chips
                0832D - Full 8MB Bios
                0832E - 8MB Update,not full bios.Could be 2 X Bios Chips
                08328A - Full 8MB Bios
                08328B - Full 8MB Bios
                08445 - Full 8MB Bios
For me 08445 worked. It is F42, I updated it to the latest version through windows 11 on HP 15BS018NQ (F75). And after that followed the guide on https://poweradm.com/hp-manufacture-...g-mode-unlock/ to remove the messages and restore serial number.

                Motherboard: CLS50 LA-E791P REV: 1.0. (2017)

Thanks a lot for saving the device!

Why not ? The bios chip is missing ? Or did you destroy the bios chip ?

There are 5 bios files here, it will be easier if you don't delete the original bios, you will have to choose the one that suits your device, then you have to fill in all the DMI information again.
