Hi, I have a hp probook 450 g5 i5 8th.
Initially when I plugged in the power the notebook turns on by itself and after a few seconds the fan, I noticed that the kbc nuvoton was overheating and I ordered a new one from china.
now after changing the new kbc, when I plug it in the screen flashes and when I flash various bios it almost always changes behavior.
Important thing, when I plug in the power, the blue light appears for a second and then goes off, the battery is charged.
I attach my original dump to cleanAttached Files

I bought the chip on aliexpress asking to program it for the card in question.
Has the chip been reprogrammed? or if it reprograms itself with the 16mb bios file
There is a difference between one chip and another, with the old one I tried to reprogram some bios but it didn't do anything, only the fan at maximum, this one instead tries to start.
