Hello good.
The screen went black after updating bios from the hp page.
When I have unzipped the files I get 5 files .bin and I don't know which one to choose.
My laptop is an hp 15-bs127-ns and the s/n: CND8125KMX
I have also received the CH341A usb but I cannot locate the chip on the motherboard either.

The chip is on the back of the board. I also encountered this problem. I can't understand if this is a trick, to specifically upload an update that breaks the device?
Please help me restore the BIOS after updating via Windows.

I filled in 08328, the laptop came to life. Everything boots, but in the BIOS the model number and product ID are just letters. Is there any way to fix this or will the laptop stay like this?Originally posted by peste View PostComment
