Hi, can someone help me repair this BIOS? The laptop only blinks the power button three times but doesn't want to power on, no fan spin either, this seemingly happened after a BIOS flash over Windows Update...

Sorry for doubleposting, I couldn't find a way to edit...

I flashed an ME cleaned BIOS image to the laptop and it works as normal, even boots fine after reboots, but a full power off and power on makes the power button LED remain lit for three seconds and then shut down...

I waited up to 10 minutes just in case but it wouldn't come back up, I had to take out the CMOS battery and turn it on again, just to have the same issue after turning off the laptop if I left the CMOS battery plugged in

I tried patching the dump I had made earlier with a healthy BIOS region but it just made UEFITool crash and catch on fire

Is there a way to rebuild the flash image with information I can get from inside Windows/Linux? I kinda don't have that much budget to invest in an EC programmer
