This board was originally firmware locked, which I fixed but in the process I melted the keyboard cable, and I used the hot air on the bios chip with the power plugged in... whoops. Right now the board powers on, it chimes. Problem is no video, no voltage on L8300. VCC CPU is 1.8V. External display doesn't work either, tried thunderbolt adapter and straight HDMI cable. What should I be prioritizing?
