I have another HP Probook 450 G2 with bricked BIOS, MB model: LA-B181P Rev: 1.0 ZPL40/ZPL50/ZPL70. Can you fix my BIOS dump please?
Sympoms are: then plug in power it turns on power button led for a moment, then power socket led flashes one time orange and shuts down.

Your bricked bios has M73 code, i made your new bios from a M73.bin .I just looked at the bios update on HP ,and it has M74 code,thats why the bios didn`t work. I`ll try to make another if i can find a good M74 dump .

Heres another to try.If you can get it to boot up into windows then update the ME firmware

Thanks for help, but no changes, all the same symptoms, thinking maybe not BIOS fault, but something with MB.

I also have a Probook 450 G2, try HP Tools
Unfortunately updating the BIOS is not possible.

HP Bios Update and Recovery
1- Refresh
2- Create with USB flash drive for recovery.

At the start I press
Windows key and B key together
Screen stays dark and does not happen.

Can someone help me please how I can flash it.

hi, i have a g2 450 laptop i tried all bioses here one of em worked and i got screen, but as soon as i put the parts together and turned on laptop again i have black screen and fan spins at full speed, after that i took all parts apart and i dont have display again till i reprogram the bios. it happens with its own back up bios too, can someone help me with this problem. thanks

I have a HP probook 470 G2 with a bricked bios. I flashed the bios file from post #1 and the notebook works again.
Now I discovered that the AMD discrete graphics is missing. There should be a AMD R5 255M.

Does someone have a bios dump with amd graphics? I attached my broken dump if it is useful.
