thanks for the reply God bless you all.
i reprogram the bios with the given dump and the system still does the same thing, the caps lock light keeps blinking no display,
so far i have done a reflow of both the vga and southbridge with no success
i dont know what might be wrong please i any idea is welcomed.
but i notice the power switch responds once to but the merchine off when i put the ram. i have also tried external display monitor no display.

how many are the blinks of the caps lock [be aware that blinks an error code, halts 2-3 secs and repeats the pattern]
