try this one worked for me

I tried this BIOS. A few seconds after power on, the fan runs at 100%. Is this a bios problem? Unfortunately, I don't' have the original BIOS.

Edit: I confused the data. My laptop is K56cb-xo488h, but I didn't find a biost where the fan doesn't always go 100%. I tried this: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=52767
