      Motherboard - Quanta R13 Rev: E (DA0R13MB6E1)
      KBC - ENE KB3930QF A1
      Flash - MAIN Winbond 25Q32BVS1G SOIC-8 (Insyde EFI) + KBC AMIC A25L010 SOIC-8

                          I'd like to ask as I have same motherboard.
                          All it does is 5 blinks at caps lock.
                          I flash the bios and it boots the first time with a bios settings message and needs to be rebooted. After reboot 5 blinks again for every other time until reprogramming.
                          Does it ring any bell what should I check? Bios chip seems to be fine.
