i find a great problem with DELL precision M2300
a password stoped the computer
i have flash the bios but the same prolem
is the password in ic bios or in other ic؟

Do you have any kind of hash code when you put wrong password for a few times ?

dell have usually 2 bios chip ec and main bios you need to flash all 2 chip.
for example today i flashed e6220 (because locked with password) main chip have password after flash password gone ,
But the same problem (E6510) with locked password 1f5a after flash bios main and ec chip password is not removed but changed servicetag from 1f5a to 2a7b, and in this case I used password generator and password is removed.
