well robert confirmed its embeded in KBC this password , now my doubt is !!!

can i buy a new one and simple replace or will i have problems such as bad programing missing command line EC rom etc ...

or passing it frmo a donor board (impossible, unless i find one , that will be hard)

Yes you never know what you are buying when they are saying it's already loaded with firmware for you correct exact model? Toshiba most of the time has full update's as long as you are able to extract them ...but also need the correct programer to reprogram the KBC also knowing either the correct header plug to solder your wires to from programmer once you do a couple no biggie but it's something you will need to learn for sure for cracking P/W or bricked laptops or you could also buy a used systemboard exact board as yours and pull KBC chip and remount on yours .

On Japanese laptops, the password can only be deleted through the response code (the solution is not freely available!).
There are no other options for deleting the password.
MEС firmware from the update is encrypted, it can not be considered as it is worth protection.
