    HP DV4-2045dx Bios Issues

Computer turns on gives 2 flashing lights.

From what HP says this is a BIOS corruption

Got my USB drive formatted it to FAT32 dropped the partition size to 32MB since some said too large of a drive can cause issues.

Downloaded the BIOS for the computer. Extracted the files

Loaded the BIOS .fd file over to the USB. Deleted the BIOS version Fxx number from the end and changed to a .BIN file

Put it in the computer held Windows+B and plugged in power and pressed power button

No matter what button combo I hold it will not read from the USB drive. It never lights up the USB activity light.
The fans run on high and the computer just runs but never reads from the USB.
Ive tried the eSata/USB port and the two other USB port no difference.

    Suggestions?
