Re: Need bios For Toshiba L750-1L5
ok, you did not give me PSCXXX code but its ok
download your flash, make sure it correct one or you will brick the laptop
1. downloaded bios extract with winrar or 7zip (sometime its packed multiple time)
2. when you do last extract and get folders go one matching your OS (X32, X64) and find file named "platform.ini"
3. open file in NOTEPAD and find "BatteryCheck=1" and change 1 to 0 and save
4. start "InsydeFlash(X32,X64).exe" and flash even without batteryIm Back... sort of...Comment

Hi all,
I need the BIOS (bin files) to re-flash the BIOS chips on a toshiba laptop.
Why I am pretty sure I need this to repair?
1) Power supplies seem OK.
2) Battery has been replaced, is charging well ... also not the CMOS battery CR2032, also not OK without RAM, or 1 or the 2 RAM modules (RAMS are OK).
3) Laptop does really rare (seems random things) with the 3 leds (power, net, ...)
4) In the past, when trying to restart 100 times via power button, it was sometimes succeeding, now no more.

by abhorsenHey guys,
Hope you all are doing well. I come here from Win-Raid because I am having issues disabling Flash Protection Range Registers so I can flash my BIOS from within Windows using Intel's IFW tool/using flashrom within Linux, however I cannot due to the above mentioned error.
Here is my thread on Win-Raid detailing the whole process I went through: https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/re...h-gen/95478/27
Essentially I managed to boot into Windows while shorting PINs 1+5 of my audio chip to disable the HAP bit...-

by mrrubikHi folks,
I got a Dell Optiplex 7010 micro PC (Exact Model) with 8FC8 BIOS and locked out admin password. I attempted to remove the password by patching the BIOS via info from this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ssword-patcher
After flashing the patched the BIOS, the PC is unresponsive with a solid AMBER power LED (not documented in manual anywhere)
Steps I took:- Read BIOS with CH341a, verified hash twice

by AkaBukaiHi there,
I have a 14" Lenovo Laptop (Flex 5 14ALC05) which has a boot issue.
The little LED on the power button is flashing slowly and nothing happen.
This unit do not have any BIOS button cell battery so I tried many times draining the power but it is still not powering on.
So I decided to flash the BIOS using a cheap programmer.
And I was successfully able to read the content (exactly 16MB file) which BTW is a WINBOND 74m12jwsiq (according to the package inscription - but detected as W25Q128FW in the software - IMSProg on Linux)
I also... - Loading...
